In-App Support (Recommended)

For the quickest and most accurate assistance, please use the "Report a Problem" feature within the app.

This allows us to receive:

  • The nature of the issue

  • Relevant User ID (if applicable)

  • Station grouping

  • Context necessary to investigate

Reports submitted through the app are reviewed directly by RedScreen administration.
