RedScreen® is not affiliated with National Rail, Network Rail, the Department for Transport, or any Train Operating Company.

The Platform provides a user-generated messaging service only. It does not:

  • Provide official transport updates;

  • Operate or arrange transport services;

  • Act as an intermediary, broker, or agent between users.

Information shared within chatrooms is created by users and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date. RedScreen® does not verify or guarantee the reliability of user-generated content.

While automated filtering and reporting systems are in place, RedScreen® does not actively monitor all communications in real time and cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be prevented.

Any arrangements, agreements, or decisions made between users — including but not limited to shared taxis, meeting points, or travel coordination — are undertaken entirely at the users' own discretion and risk.

RedScreen® accepts no responsibility for loss, delay, injury, damage, dispute, or inconvenience arising from:

  • Use of the Platform;

  • Reliance on user-generated information;

  • Interactions between users;

  • Private transport arrangements.

Use of the Platform is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

RedScreen® reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or remove access to features or accounts in order to maintain safety, legal compliance, and operational integrity.

RedScreen® and the RedScreen® logo are registered trademarks in the United Kingdom (UK IPO).

All other names, brands, and marks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or use of RedScreen® branding is prohibited.
